Interest Groups:  The Tahoe Nevada Branch has many Interest Groups developed by and available to our membership.

ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY Once a year clean up of the AAUW designated highway segment, Golfer's Pass, during the spring. Date and place TBA. Newsletter notice.

BOOK GROUP 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Newsletter notice. Participants take turns hosting.

BRIDGE: PARTY Prospective participants please contact chairperson with time and day of week preferences. Once a month. Participants take turns hosting.

BRIDGE: DUPLICATE 1st Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Currently taking names for the sub list. Participants take turns hosting. Newsletter notice.

BRIDGE: LAF A year-long marathon with same partner and a random schedule. Prizes awarded at end of season. Money raised through entry fees goes to AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund. Open to subs or a new group.

GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL Line judging for the girls' High school team during home games for the fall season. Judges are scheduled for individual games. Notification by phone &/or newsletter.

GOURMET GROUPS Open for new groups.

GREAT DECISIONS 1st Monday of each month, 10:00-noon. Participants take turns hosting and leading discussions based on the Foreign Policy Association's publication of global issues. 2005 season begins in Jan.

OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS Weekly outdoor activities varying with the season: snowshoeing, x-c skiing, hiking, kayaking. Meet at the Incline Rec Center at 9:30am, every Thursday, weather permitting. E-mail notices. 

TAHOE RIM TRAIL Once a year clean up on our mile of trail near Watson Lake. Usually June. A morning activity, bring your own lunch. Carpools. Meeting place and date TBA to those indicating interest.
